Priya Ahluwalia launched her namesake brand in 2018, inspired by a cultural homecoming trip to Nigeria and India. Seeing the second-hand clothing industry up close prompted Priya to build Ahluwalia on the brand ethos of responsible manufacturing. Focusing on men's and women’s wear made from preexisting pieces using surplus and post-consumer fabrics. Elements are inspired by her heritage and her London upbringing, the city which the brand calls home as well.
